Our delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after processing. However, please allow 1-2 days processing for your order before we're able to ship it out.
- Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.
- All orders are sent with signature for delivery required.
- Please note that all orders are sent on weekdays only (Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM PST)
Note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays in the Philippines.
SHIPPING TIMES AND TRACKING
All items will be delivered via depending on the courier you chose. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with the chosen courier here.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received any email, you may message us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
The customer will be responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse a return that has unpaid duties and taxes being charged to us.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments.
CUSTOMS / ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange redelivery when we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.
ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE
Our couriers both within the Philippines and International have online tools that can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. Love, Ara is not responsible for the fault of delivery by these couriers. Please let us know, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
CUSTOMER PICK UP
We offer FREE pick up of your order from our warehouse located at Quezon City, Philippines only. Unfortunately, viewing prior to purchasing at our online store is not allowed. However, you can always visit our physical stores before purchasing. View our store locator here, to find out the store nearest you.
